How To Conduct Competition At Your School Premises?
- Once the invitation is received and read by the art teacher, the details are to be announced to the students.
- One student can participate in one or all the competitions as per his/her choice and preference.
- The teacher has to collect the respective fees of Rs.50/- per competition.
- The photocopy of the respective competition is to be provided to the student after the collection of fees.
- 15% of the total amount is to be utilized by the school for the purpose of taking photocopies and sending the papers to us via post or courier.
- The remaining 85% amount is to be sent to us either through a D.D. (Demand Draft) or directly transfer the amount by NEFT to the organization’s account. There is also an option to pay the amount through gateway by visiting our website.
- In case payment is made by D.D., make sure that the D.D. (Demand Draft) is sent in the parcel containing competition papers and entry form. If the amount is transferred to the bank account, kindly attach the copy of Bank Receipt with the parcel. Please provide us with the complete details of remittances.
- Once you have sent the parcel inform us via call or email.
