Kannada Language paper will consist of multiple-choice questions on topics such as Kannada grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension. The Competitive paper will consist of multiple-choice questions on topics such as general knowledge, current affairs, economics, and commercial taxation.
There is negative marking for both papers. For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.The total marks for the exam are 200. The minimum qualifying marks for the general category is 40%, for the OBC category is 35%, for the SC/ST category is 30%, and for the PWD category is 35%.
